Feb. 16-17 Party w/ a Birthday Surprise!

Shhhh!  This Saturday night @ 7 p.m. we’re having another 24 Hour Party.  We’re starting off with a surprise birthday party for Melissa Leddy (she knows about the all night party but not that we’ll be celebrating her b-day too so don’t say a word about that part to her).  We’ll continue the fun through the night.  Here’s all the details:

Location - Leddy’s home, 1813 72nd Ct SE, Auburn, WA 98092 (new neighborhood so many online maps do not have it yet, mapquest does).  If the gate is closed call our home @ 253-862-7994 to get the code or use the phone at the gate to look up our name & we’ll get you in.

We are starting at 7 p.m. Sat. Feb. 16 with a Birthday Party for Melissa; light supper included (in lieu of gifts bring a side dish, desert and/or drinks); we’ll continue with tons of fun & games; we’ll also have a prayer session to connect with God and each other. We’ll end sometime after lunch Sunday or when everyone goes home.

If you’re staying for the all night session here is suggested list of items to bring: a Bible; a note pad or paper; sleeping bag or a couple blankets; a pillow to sit on (or sleep with if you don’t stay awake all night); warm clothes & a flash light for a pre-sunrise walk; something you’d enjoy snacking on; any prescriptions you need; and anything else you might want or think would be useful.

We’ll have a room upstairs with video games and movies for kids of all ages who want to stay over with their folks (they’re welcome to stay down stairs too). Boys and girls will have separate rooms to sleep in.

We hope you can come!

Charter Week!!!

Join us this Saturday, Jan. 19, as we celebrate the official reconginition of 24-Seven as a church in the Wa Conference.  We’ll be meeting in the cafeteria of Bellevue Community College.

We invite everyone who has ever attended our services to join us and to bring a friend with you.

A Fellowship Banquet will follow the service.  This is a pot-luck meal so please bring plenty of food as we should have a very large crowd.

We look forward to seeing you and celebrating together!

Prayer Teams

We are mystified and saddened, how is it that the average Christian prays less than 4 minutes a day? The congregation of 24-seven is unwilling to fit that mold. We learn in the Bible that Jesus Christ was in constant contact with our/His Heavenly Papa. Jesus taught his small group (the disciples) how to pray. It is time for us to follow Christ’s footsteps! We have made wonderful progress so far, but its not anything like where we will be in a year. Please join Gods army!
