24-Seven Ministry Center Forums Copyright (c) 2007 ExpressionEngine tag:24-seven.org,2007:12:17 Dec. 22-23 - Reason for the Season Party! tag:24-seven.org,2007:index.php/forums/viewthread/.51 2007-12-17T09:32:59Z Pastor Steve 24-SEVEN’S REASON FOR THE SEASON PARTY - This Saturday, Dec. 22, you’re invited to a special celebration of the Christmas season at the Leddy’s home, 1813 72nd Ct SE, Auburn, WA 98092 (new neighborhood so many online maps do not have it yet, mapquest does).

We are starting at 4:30 p.m. Sat. Dec. 22 with a time of prayer and special Communion Service; 6:00 light supper (bring side dish, desert and/or drinks); 7:00 fun & games; 9:00p.m. multi-medium focus on the birth of Christ; 10:00 p.m. - Sunday noon a variety of worship, prayer, study, and community sessions to connect with God and each other. Come to all or part of this Christmas Party.

If you’re staying for the all night session here is suggested list of items to bring: a Bible; a note pad or paper; sleeping bag or a couple blankets; a pillow to sit on (or sleep with if you don’t stay awake all night); warm clothes & a flash light for a pre-sunrise walk; something you’d enjoy snacking on; any prescriptions you need; and anything else you might want or think would be useful.

We’ll have a room upstairs with video games and movies for kids of all ages who want to stay over with their folks (they’re welcome to stay down stairs too). Boys and girls will have separate rooms to sleep in.

We’re going apple picking on October 28 and pressing apple cider on November 4.  It’s a blast.  If you want to get the e-mail updates on these apple events, contact John Darrow at johndarrow at comcast dot net.  Getting on the list doesn’t mean you have to participate, but it gives you that option.

Are you interested in taking your walk with God a step deeper?  I am!  (Then again, that’s always the case!)

The Path 301 is a weekend retreat.  This year we will be back at the Bellevue SDA Church (http://www.bellevuesda.org/) starting Saturday September 22 @ 5pm.  You will want to bring your Bible, a journal and a pen.  This will be a time of instruction, but primarily a time of application.  We will be looking at several disciplines including prayer, Bible study, fasting, communion, retreat time, etc.  You will not want to miss it.

11:30 a.m. in the cafeteria of Bellevue Community College.

Easter is the perfect time to invite people to 24-Seven.  We’ll make sure they’ll enjoy great worship music, fun fellowship, and a thought provoking message so invite everyone you can.
