I am single woman but I have a 16 year old son who is living with his grandmother in Canada. I live a quiet life and I have been a researcher for a good number of years. I used to read a lot of novels but it became very depressing for me so I stopped. About 2 years ago I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and I didn’t know how to help myself. I did a lot of prayer and meditation and with the love and support of my family I am now my happy self once again.
I have been traveling a lot to meet new friends and explore different places which is very therapeutic in a sense. I get to focus less on my anxiety and direct my attention toward a lot of interesting things around me
