We need to find someone to be the Producer of these videos.  Someone who will outline a shooting schedule, coordinate with whoever is doing the actual filming, and keep everything running on time.  I want to get this up and running as soon as possible.  Right now I just want to get everyone on film.  How we edit them, when and how we show them can all be determined at a later time.

Do you think that we should ask for volunteers to be on the Video Team? I’m sure that is one we won’t have a hard time getting volunteers, even if it is just the teenagers (must be driving age).

We will need to know if there are weekends that just absolutely won’t work, such as everyone being out of town. 

These are the questions in the interview that I feel should be required:
Name? Where do you live? What do you do? How did you hear about 24-Seven and how long have you been attending?
What is your favorite thing about 24-Seven?

Then ask just 1 or 2 fun questions.

I’m free pretty much every Sunday and most Tuesdays/Thursdays as well. I’m ready to start this project as soon as everyone else is!

We should do our planning on here. I Jesse Ferguson cannot do the actual organization, though I do know a couple of people with some good stories and have probably had conversations with five or so willing interviewees. We are going to need to find the shy, the lonely, the under appreciated members of our congregation. Because the popular ones everyone knows already.

Our goal here is what? Are we trying to help 24-seven be a real community?
What do you guys see these videos doing? How will they work?
How many do we need?
What impact could they have in other states and other countries? This IS the World Wide Web (www.)
Lets hear your visions! Only when we have shared our vision do other people feel like getting enrolled in our projects.

Here is one I believe God would approve of.

Before the end of June, each week a member video bubbles up into the 24-seven website. Each week we meet another child of God. We who watch the videos get a brief introduction to who they are as a human in the United States. Then if they are brave we get to hear about how they got to know God. Some testimonies will blow our minds, other will be simple and beautiful. But watching them is moving. It warms the heart of the believer, and compels the heart of the seeker. Through them we can see that the Holy Spirit is indeed active and bringing life to our brothers and sisters. We in the congregation find ourselves motivated to discover these things about fellow strangers and continue to grow in community and friendship also we know who to send a visitor to if that visitor needs advice and could use the story of someone who has already been through something similar.
