yes, they be messing with us. From 1986 to 2006 DST was from the first Sunday in April to the last Sunday in October. In Aug. 2005, Congress passed an energy bill that included extending Daylight Saving Time by about a month. As of 2007, DST starts the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November.

An Indian once observed the absurdity of the practice, wondering if white men also cut the top off their blankets and sewed it to the top to make it longer raspberry
But I do like having daylight after work to take a quick hike or bike . . .
