Hey everyone,
The past month, 24-Seven@UW has been busy! In addition to the weekly Friday night services, there was a snowboard/ski trip over the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend, garage Voice has been on a tour of the Northwest sharing their music ministry (it wraps up in Seattle next Friday, the 15th), Pastor Matthew Gamble was ordained this past Sabbath (congrats again to him!), P.Y.F.U.M.T. kicked off (see below for more info. about what that is), and there’s been a bunch of new prayer teams popping up. God has definitely been working, yo.
So here’s what happening locally:
+Weekly Friday night worship service. 8:00PM in the HUB. NEXT SERVICE: Feb. 8th - HUB 200A. Pastor Steve is speaking.
+U-district Prayer Team @ 4343 Roosevelt Way NE #206, Seattle, 98105. Wednesdays, 7:00PM. CONTACT: Steph @ (253) 229-2257
+HIP (Hunger Intervention Program):
Every other Saturday @ 4:00PM. Lake City Way Presbyterian Church (http://www.lakecitypres.org). 3841 NE 123rd St, Seattle, 98125. Contact Rachel @ if you have questions or need directions. NEXT OUTREACH: Sat., Feb. 16th.
+Clean Slate Improv @ Green Lake SDA Church. Meets every other Saturday. 8:30PM, open mic. 9:00PM, show begins. NEXT IMPROV: Feb. 9th (topic: Committment).
+P.Y.F.U.M.T. (Put Your Feet Under My Table) is a new fellowship program started and organized by John Darrow. Every Saturday, visitors are invited to have after-church lunch at someone’s home, where we can build relationships and make new friends.
