This week I am here in Kellyville, Australia speaking at the
Kellyville SDA Church.  The theme this week is TAKE.  We are looking at a various aspects of this topic as not only does God desire to TAKE us on our journey, but we have to be willing to allow Him to TAKE us on that journey and part of that is TAKEing up our cross daily and following after Him.

The schedule is:

SABBATH AM - TAKEup: Luke 9:23
SUNDAY - TAKE2: John 21
MONDAY - TAKEhold: Ephesians 1
TUESDAY - TAKE(this)hand: Marraige
WEDNESDAY - TAKEme: Testimony
THURSDAY - TAKEtime: Psalm 46:10
FRIDAY - TAKEoff: Sabbath
SABBATH - TAKEon: Ephesians 6:10-18

If you have any questions or comments along the way, please don’t hesitate to either post a comment here or fire me an email to .  My Australia mobile is 0434 559 682.

Blessings and thank you for joining us when you can!

Really enjoying your TAKE series at Kellyslaterville .  I can understand what you were saying last night ... that it really is all about Jesus and very little about us in terms of being saved.  Ephesians 2:8 “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works ...”

Then I read James 2:24 “.. a person is justified by works, and not faith alone.” OK, now I’m confused.
Is it as simple as which comes first - faith and then works?? or perhaps Paul and James had a different meaning of works?

As Adventists, I think we sometimes get it wrong. We can at times think that the order of thngs is Believe, Behave, Belong.  I like it this way: Belong, Believe; Behave
